To qualify for No Credit Needed Payment Options, you must satisfy the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid Social Security Number or ITIN.
- Routing and checking account number for an active checking account.

What is the interest for this program?
A lease-purchase option allows you to take possession of an item in return for periodic payments. There is no interest charged on a lease-purchase option. You may be approved regardless of your credit history. Make regular scheduled payments (flexible payment options are available), or utilize an early purchase option. Please see Acima's Frequently Asked Questions for more information about lease-to-own.
Will Acima check my credit report?
Acima uses consumer reports but does not create a hard inquiry. It is credit neutral. Your FICO score will not be affected nor will creditors be able to see Acima on your credit report.
What happens if the order is not in stock (special order)?
This program is still available; wait until the merchandise is in stock and you are ready to schedule delivery/pickup before applying. If you are not approved, the special order deposit will not be refunded.
Where do I mail my payment? Can I pay online or by phone?
Monthly payments will be debited out of your checking account by ACH on your payday. Call Acima to process a telephone payment at 801.297.1982. Or go to https://customer.acimacredit.com/.
What happens if there are damages or service on my delivery?
Contact Carl's Furniture Service Department; even-exchanges will not require paperwork to be sent to the leasing company. On reselections, you will be responsible for any overages and all refunds will be issued to Acima.

The advertised service is a rental- or lease-purchase agreement provided by Acima Leasing, LLC, or its affiliates. Acquiring ownership by leasing costs more than retailer's cash price.
